My payment

I am very upset right now because you took my payment out of my account today and it wasnt suppose to be til mon the 9th which is what it said and is when I get paid. You guys took the money out today and I havent gotten paid yet which put my account in the negative. I would like this issue to be resolved asap. The payment should not of been takin out til money!!!

Completed an application, submitted the needed documents- mind you I only knew what to send because I kept calling to check the process. After two weeks and calling every other day, my last call was made on day 10 as well they stated they had everything and I should receive an email in the next few days with my documents to sign. I finally got an email today basically 3 weeks after applying, saying my application expired. Lastly none of the numbers work anymore! How coincidental.

Why was I denied credit? I’m confused!

After being denied online for credit I received an email stating a notice of adverse action from CCbank c/o Opploans. That says this ““quote in quote Thank you for your application to CC Bank through one of our third-party partners OPP loans, When you submitted an application with one of our lead partners we regret we were unable to approve your request for the following reason or reasons. INCOMPATIBLE BANK In evaluating your application the consumer reporting agency listed below provided us with information that in whole or in part influenced our decision. The consumer reporting agency played no part in our decision and is unable to supply specific reasons why we have declined credit to you. Then it goes on to say the basics I have the right under the fair credit reporting act such and such to know the information contained in my report and so on and then I can get a copy for free within 60 days of this notice. Can you see my confusion here the first paragraph says the consumer reporting agency listed below provided us with information that in whole or in part influenced our decision then the next paragraph says the consumer reporting agency played no part in our decision and is unable to supply specific reasons why we have Declined you credit??? So which is it then the fact that it says in the subject that it’s an notice to adverse action is this adverse action before I was denied or after I was denied secondly I’ve never heard of an incompatible bank and that’s the reason for declining me and the only reason they had listed thirdly how does the consumer reporting agency provide information that in whole or in part influenced their decision but then yet the consumer reporting agency played no part in their decision and is unable to supply any specific reasons why we have declined you credit so again I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer here but something just doesn’t sound right. So if anybody could shed some light on this I would greatly appreciate it and bring me up to speed on how these denials and declines work one in part they’re giving information that they can’t supply or provide any specific reasons?? I came here got phone numbers I’m going to call the consumer reporting agency clarity a part of Experian and see exactly what’s going on with them how they can supply information that in whole or in part influences a decision but then intern they can’t supply specific reasons why they have such information or I don’t know I’m confused!!! Thanks again in advance for anybody’s input on this I really appreciate it but something is certainly screwy here. Sincerely confused upset consumer

Compensation and apology

OppLoans - Compensation and apology
My account was hacked, and the final last payment to OPPLoans was reversed. September 2, 2021. I immediately called the bank and had the reversal changed back to OPPLoans. The repayment reversal reflects as paid on September 15, 2021, but has not been reflected with my OPPSLoans. They have inaccurately reported these charges to the credit bureaus. I have done business with this company for a few years and never had any problems. After paying off this loan, I will never use this company again. It has been three months, and they still have NOT updated my correct account status.
