Spam emails
I applied for a loan with this company and received an approval. It seemed that the rates and the repayment system seemed pretty fair and I was willing to do so however, after submitting the request it somehow locked my account into review process.
In addition, I called their customer service line as I got more than 12 emails to sign the documents in which I did and over 18 emails Saying that I had signed the documents it seemed a little spammed to me and I called the company more than four times with no help from their customer service telemarketer team. I ended up with drawing my application and Im so happy I did but to receive over 30 emails from this company in less than 24 hours with no solid answer it didnt seem very legit or it doesnt seem that, their systems are up to par so be careful
Preferred solution: Complete waste of my time and completely flooded my email account with spam like emails
